Hurricane season has officially begun! With the first storm hitting New Orleans just a few weeks ago, it’s important that we’re storm aware until late November, when storm season finally ends. In the event of a hurricane making it far enough inland to North Texas, we need to make sure our house is well protected from winds, hail, and rain. Do a thorough inspection of your home and repair any problem areas that you may see. If vacationing on a beach in the next few months, make sure to keep an eye on the weather and make proper safety kits and have emergency plans in place in the event of a hurricane.
